Art for Every Day!

Art and function are not mutually exclusive! My pottery is intended for everyday use. At the same time, it’s art, incorporating color and inspired by nature.

Yes, they’re pretty, but, please, use the pieces. That’s what I want you to do.

My pottery is decorated with Sgraffito and Mishima designs. It’s available as mugs, dinnerware, tea sets, serving pieces, vases, covered jars, tiles, spoon rests, and knitting bowls.

Although I work primarily in clay, I have other pieces combining wood and clay

  1. Susan has made the pottery trophies for our Club’s (Western Carolina Dog Fanciers Assoc.) Dog Show & Rally and Obedience Trials for the past two years. Her pottery is loved by class winners and cub sponsors alike. She is so talented.

  2. Hi Susan, I met you lay month at Sw Pottery studio. Will you be in your studio this weekend? I’m visiting again from Florida.
    Thank you
